The Town of Andrews posted a South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) bid on Monday, September 9, 2024.
Prospective bidders can find the information posted here on our site. The advertisements are under the I Want To Tab, inside of the View Current Bid/RFQ/RFP selection. The bids can also be found on the state's procurement site at www.scbo.sc.gov.
Separate sealed bids for the project will be received at Andrews Town Hall, 101 N. Morgan Ave, Andrews, South Carolina 29510, on October 15, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Each bid will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be based on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the Town of Andrews Town Hall on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 10:00 am.
Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid security shall be provided in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
If the Contract is to be awarded, the Owner will award the Contract on the basis of the base bid and any combination of its additive alternate Bids for which the Owner determines funds will be available at the time of award.
The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids.
