BUILDING SAFETY INSPECTION is a systematic and comprehensive assessment of a structure, property, or building to ensure it complies with safety codes, regulations, and standards. Building safety inspections are required for new construction, renovations, additions, mobile home setups, etc., to ensure that all structures meet all International Building Code compliance requirements as required by law (www.iccsafe.org).
Permits MUST be applied for prior to performing any work on a residential or commercial structure. Please call our office for any questions. You can select the drop-down box beside this page header for forms to review and use.
